My name is Bobbi-Jo Wagner, I reside in Westbrook, Maine, and I'm very happy to meet you, even if it's over text.

I will begin by telling you that, in my daily life, I play a lot of roles. I am a mom, a sister, and a Mimi, and admittedly, a lover of football!

My passion for photography started long before I even learned how to use a camera. I was THAT mom; the one who spent a fortune on disposable cameras documenting every moment of my children's lives. It wasn't until early 2015, after my youngest baby was born, that I embarked on my photography journey.

I received my first DSLR camera as a Christmas gift. I'm not going to lie; the number of buttons and options compared to a simple point and shoot model overwhelmed me. But as a woman eager to learn, I read the manual from front and back and even enrolled in an online class about photography to hone my skills. The more I became acquainted with my camera and learned how to manipulate it, the more I fell in love with the art of taking pictures.

I enjoy every second of photographing beautiful children just like yours.  In fact, one happy client shared the following feedback:

Unlike some photographers, I take a more stylized approach to my photography. That means I think things through from start to finish.

Why be so thorough? Because I believe details are exceedingly important.  For that reason, I work closely with you to ensure that I can capture your child’s true personality and genuine smiles for the session.  I love receiving texts from moms about what she has picked out for their little ones to wear and what props she plans to bring. My goal is not to simply be your photographer, but also your style advisor and friend.  From clothing to shoes, and from stuffed animals to snacks, I will work with you to create a relaxed yet fun environment for your kiddos and as a result, we will create memories and photos you will love forever.

I hope this brief introduction of myself clarifies that I'm not a person who simply takes random pictures; I am a professional photographer.  I do not just click the shutter button on my camera, I capture the inner and outer essence of whomever is standing on the other side of my lens.  It truly is an absolute joy to meet so many wonderful families and I look forward to getting to know YOU!
